Grin Oral Care needed a video that would excite both customers and investors. Their goal was to stand out in a crowded oral care market and make an impact in meetings, including a major distribution pitch with Walmart.

My Role & Approach

As Lead Creative Director and Senior 3D Motion Designer on this project, I oversaw the creative pipeline from concept through final delivery. The role required balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping messaging, designing product visuals, and scripting the storytelling to match Grin’s playful yet premium brand voice.

Researched Grin’s target audience to understand what visuals, pacing, and tone would resonate strongest.
Built the project in stages: storyboarding → animatic → final animation with polish in lighting & rendering.

Storyboarding was an essential step in the process, serving as the blueprint for the animation. It allowed me to map out key product shots, define pacing, and establish the overall narrative flow before moving into production.

As Lead Creative Director and Senior 3D Motion Designer, I handled modeling, lighting, and rendering in Cinema 4D with Redshift, along with compositing in Adobe Creative Suite. The animation featured liquid simulations, bold transitions, and vibrant lighting to bring the packaging and product benefits to life.
